Raffl lifts Flyers to win over Red Wings
Michael Raffl didn’t do it all April 16 against the Detroit Red Wings, but he did enough for the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Austrian left winger scored twice as the Flyers took down the Red Wings 4–3.
“We were playing the right way,” Flyers captain Claude Giroux said. “We had four lines rolling, everybody was playing hard and we were pretty aggressive. That’s how we got our chances. It was a fun [first] period.”
